Originally recorded in about 1989, this was one
of the first times using my Roland TR-707 rhythm composer and Fostex
X-30 multitrack cassette recorder. Two tracks of Ovation Matrix 6-string
were open-air miked with an Audio Technica AT-41, and then the two
vocal tracks were dubbed in through a Boss RRV10 reverb unit.
25 years later, the original cassette was remastered for digital
import into Adobe Premiere, so any degradation in sound quality is proof
of the analog age in which it was first recorded. The stock footage
